Delicious Crock Pot Dish of Chicken and Vegetables

Today, I made a chicken and vegetable crock pot dish. It consisted of a split chicken breast, three stalks of celery, two carrots, two onions, two green peppers, two jalopeno peppers, two tomatoes, several potatoes, two apples, a can of cream of mushroom soup, water, and a teaspoon of salt & a half teaspoon of coarse ground black pepper. I slow-cooked it in the crock pot for ten hours - juicy and tender. In the picture above, I have already removed the chicken which I eat separately. It'll feed me all week plus I have a couple containers in the freezer for later. Delicious.

That's actually my kind of cooking! I make chicken soup (not in the crockpot, tho') almost every other week. I love it! Good job :)

Hey, thanks, ginnie. Do you make chicken corn soup? That tastes really good, too.

It is awesome, san nakji. And it's not hard to make either.

Well, I do add corn to my chicken soup, if that's what you mean, but I wouldn't call it chicken corn soup. Hmm. I'm sure you have the recipe :)
