About two weeks ago on a Tuesday evening, I went hiking in the Hilltown Bog just outside of Telford, Bucks County, Pennsylvania near the railroad tracks that go from the Souderton/Telford area to Quakertown. It was a beautiful evening and these were some of the views.
Notice the cloud reflections in the water Some of the coolest green moss I've seen The bog towards sunset Some more of the coolest moss I ever saw Reflections before sundown Hints of Spring Moon rising Just before night fall

This past Monday I took a walk around Telford. The first two photos are wildflowers growing in my lawn. The rest are garden flowers located around town. Spring is here! :) :) :)

Wednesday a week ago, I took a hike on the Banbury-Mopac Trail in Franconia Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It was beautiful, sunny, spring day. And it was good to revel in it's beauty. And the birds in the last three photos I believe are some kind of hawks.
This past Monday evening, we had our three nieces at our place. At the beginning of the evening, we spent some time at a nearby playground in town. Later we spent some time playing games, watching a video, and doing some other miscellaneous things. It was an excellent evening of fun and spending time together. Below are a few photos from the evening.

This past Wednesday I took a hike on the Banbury-Mopac Trail in Franconia Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It was beautiful, sunny, spring day. And I was rewarded with a number of signs of spring some of which will await for part two of this post.
Budding trees Forsythias blooming More early tree buddings against the sky Some of the first new leaf growth sighted Early spring flowers A creek passing through and tree shapes A barb wire landscape Jet lines in the sky A sight to make the imagination soar

Tuesday evening a week ago, I took a couple hour hike along a portion of the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek that divides Franconia Township from Salford Township in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This section of the creek is bridged over by Allentown Road and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. These photos were taken near or at dark.
