One of my favorite in-door flowers

This is another gloxinia from Rice Greenhouses in Bedminster Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. I love the hue of red being outlined by thin strip of white at the edges. These were also among my favorite childhood houseplants.

Oh yes, gloxinias are such beautiful plants. I also like the purple ones.

They look so lovely. They look sort of animanted, like they belong in a cartoon where they can talk. I know that sounds weird, but they look like they might be able to speak!

Hi, cher. Glad I could please you so with that photo. Thanks.

Hi, minka. The colors and shape do make that plant. Thank you.

Thanks, christina. I agree that purple ones are also lovely.

Hi, rubysoho. I'm going to date myself somewhat. But talking about plants talking reminds me of the 1986 movie called "Little Shop of Horrors." But I like your imagination and I think I could imagine these plants talking, too.

LOL, that's pretty funny Tim because that's the year I was born, but I know what that is though!

Ah yes, rubysoho, what'll our personal knowledge of popular culture may tell about us.

The colour comes out so well. Brilliant!

Thanks, san nakji. The hues are dramatic in this photo. That plays hugely into its appeal.
