Ocean Waves

Waves crashing, splashing on the rocks
Agitated, frothing, spraying
Vivid expressions
Evoking memories of what might have been

Tim, your poem is beautiful. I can relate to "vivid expressions/ evoking memories of the past." Nature has an uncanny way of taking us back to moments in the we've lived before. That's actually been my greatest struggle this week, trying to move past the memories and taking them as lessons. But now, I really think I have.

Thanks, chez, for your complement.

Thanks, rubysoho. And I like the approach you are taking with dealing with memories of the past. I appreciate your sharing.

Yes, san nakji. I wrote that. Glad you liked it. I've responded to your tag now on my Fingerprints blog.

Hi crystal. The ocean is a wonderful place to be, isn't it?

I can never get too much of the ocean...and definitely not enough! It's a great place for gaining perspective!

Hi ginnie. I have many times found the ocean a place to go and just gain a sense of eternity.
