Solitude

Life is eternal,
and love is immortal,
and death is only a horizon,
a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight.

As I've said before, I love the star effect of this "orb." Who would have believed it!

Thanks, samrina. Wish me well. A lot of good has come into my life that is keeping me very busy. I like being that way; though unfortunately my blogging is suffering from that. Maybe some day. ;)

Thanks, darilyn. Glad you appreciate both.

Thanks, photowannabe. I think the quote has a lot of truth and the picture goes so well with the quote.

Thanks, san nakji. I am thankful one of my friends sent it to me.

Thanks, sage. It was taken this past summer at one of the beaches of Sandy Hook National Recreation Area in New Jersey just across the bay from New York City.

Hi, mreddie. I think we all wonder some times just what lies on the other side of the horizon.

Hi, shionge. Glad you find it meaningful.

Thanks, choochoo. They are kind of special to me.

Thanks, ginnie. I love it, too. :)

I didnt quite understand the inner meaning of that quote. what does it say?

Tim Rice said...

Hi, sarad. Mostly, I think it is saying that death is not as complicated or threatening as it sometimes seem. That both life and love continues on the other side even if sight unseen at this time.

Sarad said...

Hello,
I get it now, thank you.

It is also said:

"No one wants to die. Even people who want to go to heaven don't want to die to get there." -Steve Jobs.

Put me in heaven directly :-)
