Some Photos from Our Memorial Day Family Picnic

On Memorial Day, those of my family who live in the area plus my sister from Ohio gathered together at the home of one my brothers up Coopersburg, Pennsylvania way. We enjoyed more food than we could eat, had a great time socializing & catching up with each other, and playing games. And some enjoyed a soaking water fight. It probably felt good with the hot weather in the mid or upper eighties and the high humidity we've been having.

Youpi !
It's wonderful,so many beautiful pictures... But, it's too much job for only one message.
You may publish only one or two pictures per post, so I'ld be abble to comment each of them. How to speak about these cute goat, chicks and kids...

Thanks, tai. It is fun to be part of an extended family that enjoys each other whether small or large.

Hi, spicebear. It was a great time. And I have no problem with you watering for your goat delicacy. I grew up on a farm where we ate some of the animals we kept whether as a hobby or in my dad's case for his living.

Thanks, lucie marguerite. Always feel free to limit your comments to one or two pictures when I have more. I include more pictures many times to express a fuller picture.

Hi, christina. Not quite all of us lived closed enough to be at this gathering this time. I have a brother who lives in Michigan and a brother and his wife who lives in Maryland who weren't there. But we are blessed that so many of us live so close together. As for water fights, I think most kids and kids at heart enjoy them especially in hot, sticky weather.

Hi, samurina. Thanks for your blessing on me and my family. Glad you enjoyed the pics.

Hi, minka. You are right. I am blessed.

Thanks, fred. I think life was meant to be spent enjoying time with other people.

Hi, ava. I'm glad my post evoked a happy feeling within you. Glad you liked the pictures.

What cute kids! Looks like a fun time. Our family gets together and does something similar every July 4 up in Ohio.

Thanks, san nakji. And, yes, my family is big and I love that. I have six brothers and one niece. And when you begin to count the wives who married in and my nephews and nieces, it quickly adds up.

Thanks, andrea. Hope your holiday weekend was great, too.

Thanks, paige. And I'm glad I have been found again!

Hi, kristi. They are neat kids. And it is neat when families can get together.

What fun! My family get togethers are never like that... I want everyone at one big table like y'all do it! Guess I'll have to host the next get together to make it happen!

Happiness!
