Revisiting the Hilltown Bog

About two weeks ago on a Tuesday evening, I went hiking in the Hilltown Bog just outside of Telford, Bucks County, Pennsylvania near the railroad tracks that go from the Souderton/Telford area to Quakertown. It was a beautiful evening and these were some of the views.

Notice the cloud reflections in the water

Some of the coolest green moss I've seen

The bog towards sunset

Some more of the coolest moss I ever saw

Reflections before sundown

Hints of Spring

Moon rising

Just before night fall

Stunning...Stunning...Stunning images, as always. The weather here in Calif. is warming up fast, as if summer is here already and spring was nothing but a whisper. Beautiful images, Tim. I hope you never stop taking them ^_^

nice reflections in the water--early evening and soft light, no better time for photography

Wow, I didn't even know there was such a place as the Hilltown bog. Looks like a neat place to hike around!

Thanks, charlotte. Glad you enjoy my photos. Summer is coming but not quite here yet. :)

Thanks, sage. Those are the best times for to take a photo; unfortunately just not always the best time for me to be out.

Thanks, sharon. It is a fun place to walk around; but it is not an official name or place per se - just the name I give it. It is actually private property on the edge of Telford.

Thanks, fred. It is really good to hear from you again. Please do drop by again.

On these picture, I can see you were playing with light abd shadow...
MMMMM... Mostly with shadow...
(And night, and lack of light)
;o)

And you can notice that I'm back from California...
Did you miss your faithfull and clever visitor, Tim ?
