Autumn Colors at Lake Nockamixon

Yesterday and today, my wife and I enjoyed autumn's beauty at Lake Nockamixon on the Quakertown side, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Here are a few photos from our time there. Some day we'll have to rent kyacks or a canoe and enjoy the scenery from that perspective.

Stunning, Tim. You did a great job capturing the colors and I especially like the one with the lake included.

Thanks, ruth. It is one of my favorite times of the year.

Thanks, fred. Autumn colors around a body of water is always deeply satisfying to my eyes.

Thanks, sharon. You took a number of autumn photos, too, that I really enjoyed.

Thanks, tony myles. Fall is beautiful.

Thanks, sage. And I only got to see this spot because I missed a turn I meant to make. Perhaps my missed turn was predestined, think? At any rate, I count it a God moment appreciating the beauty of that spot.

Wow - Tim this is so beautiful! These colors I can only dream of seeing. I've actually never experienced these colors before in my life. Here we only get a lot of yellows, and I often ask myself why does that happen..

I love the second to last photo with the reflection of the lake in it.

These trees are really incredible. I believe that it is impossible to see so different and neat colours mixed all together elsewhere than on the North American area. It seems to me that the sky was bathing on the lake
