Niagara Falls

As some of my readers know I ocassionally post photos from vacations I took many years in the past. The photos below were taken probably around twenty years ago when I went on a houseboating vacation in Ontario, Canada. This stop at Niagara Falls, Canada side, I think was before we reached our houseboating location. These photos were not selected for their photographic excellence but for the memories of a good time. If you have not been to the Niagara Falls, Canada side, it is definitely worth a visit.

It's on the list of things to do before I die, but I haven't made it there yet.

Lovely shots. I really like the rainbow/boat one.

I bet the sound is tremendous.

I use to live in Western NY and everytime someone came to visit, we'd go to the falls. They are neat.

Tim, I need your help. Can you supply a cake recipe for a birthday party on my blog this Saturday (celebrating the old ages of Kevin and Diane)? If you can also give a picture of said cake, that would even be better! Thanks.

Hopefully one day Marianne and I will make it to Niagara Falls. I was quite close once while in upstate New York for a friends wedding. Others went to the falls. I chose to hang out with my dear friend from seminary that was getting married. Maybe one day!

I've started a new blog. It's only got a few photos and some links on it at the moment. Stop by for a visit if you like at:

Thanks, jam. And your right. The roar of the falls is tremendously loud - impressive!

Hi, moi. It is worth a trip if you can get there. :)

Thanks, sage. I'm sure you and your guests did enjoy them. Also, I sent you a recipe and a photo via your email address. Hope they are helpful.

Hi, charley pitchford. Thanks for guiding me to your new blog. The pictures in your post were making me wish I was there. :)

20 years ago and already so incredible pictures
It's so difficult to catch a so beautiful rainbow
As difficult as to arrive until its foot
The picture I prefer is at the bottom, because of the colour of the fall and the beautiful mist

Wow! You were there when I was just learning to drive a car. ;-)

I too highly recommend the Canadian side of the falls.
