This afternoon I went hiking at Ringing Rocks County Park near Upper Black Eddy, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. All of these pictures are taken from the same falls on this creek just at different angles and sections of the falls. It was a partly cloudy to cloudy afternoon.

The ice is amazing. I have never seen anything like that in real life. Gorgeous icicles and compositions.
Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
I love frozen waterfalls. When I was a kid, I used to think it had to be magic. lol
So spectacular, Tim! I'm actually very glad to see it got cold enough for that. It needs to continue being cold for several more weeks!!!
OMG they are beautiful. It doesnt snow here. Well we really dont get a winter. I love seeing photos of snow and ice. Thanks for sharing.
Amazing, the weather is not so rude in Cergy, we are in the west part of Europe and so the weather is sweater. It's the same in California however our weather is not so sweet
I like the tree trunk stopped through the iced river
This is a great park in general, I live right near there. Don't forget the rock field when you visit!
Tim, I had a feeling that I was a poor man's Tim Rice when I post pictures of my "hiking expeditions" but I'm pretty sure that these lovely pictures just confirmed that. :-)
Wow! I love pictures of frozen rivers and waterfalls! Beautiful! Winter finally arrived up there, huh?!
Thanks, photowannabe. The ice from this falls does have intricate beauty and formations!
Hi, kevin stilley. Shall we bring you up here to enjoy the beauty of the cold? :)

Hi, murf. Your hiking photos were fun to see and enjoy, too. They were just in a different setting.
Thanks, deals on wheel. Yes, I think one can say that winter finally arrived although we haven't had any significant snowfalls yet.
If it was a little higher, you could go ice climbing!
Beautiful! We are told we might get a little ice in the morning but it will be nothing like that. ec
This is so blissful and peaceful and beautifully wonderful :D
Amazing pics.
Ice is a wonderful thing. It is so beautiful. Although I imagine it's not good to have icy roads? It just doesn't get cold enough here to experience that. I hope you wrapped up warm!
Hi, sage. You do have a point! :)
Thanks, mreddie. I'm sure these falls didn't ice up just over night either.
Thanks, shionge. I'm glad you find it so refreshing!
Thanks, sarad. I think frozen waterfalls always possess a certain majesty.
