Christmas Came Early

Christmas came early
Unsought, unexpected
Soft whispers, soft touchings

Christmas came early
A love unknown
A love discovered

Christmas came early
A peace undescribable
A peace dwelling deep

Christmas came early
A joy unspeakable
A joy overflowing

Christmas came early
A new future arises
No longer alone

Lovely. I just read about your wonderful news at another blog and I'm so happy for you. Sometimes the unexpected turns out to be the best thing that could ever happen, doesn't it? This is going to be a great Christmas :-)

This poem seems appropriate since I just learned that...YOU HAVE A GIRLFRIEND. Why did we not know this? :-)

Their color is almost in defiance of the dark. It must take quite a bit for their fragility to hold up against their surroundings.

Lovely picture.
