An Early Morning Hike at Peace Valley Park

This morning between about 6:00 and 8:00 a.m. I went for a hike at Peace Valley Park near Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It was cold; I could barely take my hands out of my pockets to take pictures. But it was a good time of enjoying the outdoors and peaceful solitude.

Your shots should be titled Solitude. The pictures give the feel of quietness and invigorating air.

I hope you were able to find an open area to enjoy what looked like a pretty sunrise.

Thanks, moi. My favorite shot is the top one of a portion of the lake.

Thanks, photowannabe. Solitude would be a good title for this series. :)

Hi, murf. I'm afraid that morning there was not a place to see the sunrise. The hills on the other side of the creek along with the trees prevented that.

I am SOOOOO glad the cold has been there for awhile, Tim. We need it to kill all the bugs, right? :)

Incredible too ! You're living in an incredible country !
My camellias are full blossomed
Spring is coming earlier than last year (I took a ladybug photograph on a rose bush this morning)

Hi, ginnie. I think you are right. Plus certain trees like apple trees need the cold to bear fruit the next summer.

Thanks, cergie. It sure does sound like you are living in a different climate than I am.
