Hi, cergie. It is not a real wild place but this small lake is in a small woods in a small park. I'm not sure why or how the picnic table was in the middle of the small lake.
Thanks, rubysoho. I think that flower in the first picture is neat, too!
Thanks, jam. I love flower photos, too. That's part of the reason I'm looking forward to spring and summer especially in sunny weather. As for the picnic table, I just thought it would make a rather comical photo when I noticed it out there.
Thanks, sugarsandsalts. I really do appreciate living in a semi-rural area. But it keeps getting more and more developed.
Hi, san nakji. I love all seasons. But I'm anxious for spring and summer right now; it's time for it to get sunny and warm. :)
Thanks, ginnie. And no she won't keep me from doing walks. In fact, when her studies and work allow, my Honey likes to go hiking with me. :) :) :)
The water pic is funny aswell as absolutely amazing Tim.Down here our country is in a water crisies..it hasnt rained for ages, everything is so dry and hot all the time....we are all becoming water wise and conscious as an entire nation is on water budget! Pray for rain is all we can do! Nice pics as usual,I've missed visiting your space..hope u are doing well Tim!
My main blog: Ramblings generally focuses on telling a story via photography and words. These stories generally center around family, nature, and church although sometimes just about life in general. I also have a blog entitled Fingerprints. I post less frequently in Fingerprints. It serves as a catch all of anything that does not go in my Ramblings blog including memes, quizzes, and reports on books and movies.
The road awaits
Time doesn't
The road beckons
Time steps forward
Will we move
In step with time?
Will we step forward
Shaping our time?
Will we take time
To see the present?
Will we explore the past
And understand our heritage?
Will we laugh?
Will we wonder?
Will we touch?
Will we feel?
Time flies on
We have choices
Shall we go fast?
Shall we go slow?
We shall go forward
But we will choose the pace
We may dance with all our heart
Or bathe ourselves in a setting sun

It does not seem to be a wild place to go...
wow, I love the first picture of the flower especially, but a picnic in the water seems cool. Hope your spring is as beautiful as your pictures!
This is a really nice set of photos. I love flower photos for some reason, I can't stop taking them and I love looking at them.
The flooded table is a good picture too. From the stuff in the water, it looks to have been that way for a while too.
I love all nature pictures.Too bad I reside in NY City, otherwise I can awake with such beautiful scenery. You are lucky.
Picnic sounds good! What's your favourite season to photograph in?
Always lovely, Tim! I'm so glad having a girlfriend has NOT kept you from your walks! :)

Thanks, consise10. It is always good to have you drop by. I hope you are doing well and that your country is getting rain.
Thanks, sarad. Please feel free to attend my picnic there. And I live too far North for any crocodiles. :)

Even perhaps to let them build a nest there
If not perhps somebobody made a not very clever joke and threw the table in the lake
