A Hike at Swamp Creek Park

Tuesday two weeks ago, I went for a hike at Swamp Creek Park in New Hanover Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It was a warm sunny delightful day to be out and about in nature. Below are some of the sights from my hike.

Branchwood Park

Last Saturday evening my wife and I went for a walk at Branchwood Park near Morwood, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It was a beautiful sunny evening perfect for a walk.

From studying MapQuest, I think this is Indian Creek - a subsection of the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek.

A walk around Telford

This past Monday I took a walk around Telford. The first two photos are wildflowers growing in my lawn. The rest are garden flowers located around town. Spring is here! :) :) :)

A hike on the Banbury Mopac Trail, Part 2

Wednesday a week ago, I took a hike on the Banbury-Mopac Trail in Franconia Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It was beautiful, sunny, spring day. And it was good to revel in it's beauty. And the birds in the last three photos I believe are some kind of hawks.

Creek Hike, Part 2

Tuesday evening a week ago, I took a couple hour hike along a portion of the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek that divides Franconia Township from Salford Township in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This section of the creek is bridged over by Allentown Road and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. These photos were taken near or at dark.
