Yesterday just before dark I went for an autumn hike just off of Cathill Road near Telford, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It was a good time outdoors but chilly. My fingers that held the camera and tripod were feeling a bit frozen by near the end of the walk.

Wednesday a week ago, I went for a hike along the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek near Perkasie, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It was a cold but mostly sunny day. My fingers sometimes almost froze. :) But these were some of the sights of the hike.

Hike at Nockamixon State Park, Sterner Mill Section

Yesterday afternoon, I went for a hike in the Sterner Mill section of Nockamixon State Park on the Quakertown side in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It was a beautiful, warm, sunny day with temperatures in the fifties. But the trails were still snow covered though melting. My shoes got quite wet.

A Hike at Nockamixon State Park

Yesterday morning, I went hiking at Nockamixon State Park on the Bedminster side of the park in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. For those who know the area, I started my hike at the end of Kellers Church Road and hiked towards Rt. 611. It was a partley cloudy, partly sunny morning. The trails were wet and muddy but it was a beautiful morning.

Sunday at Peace Valley

On Sunday afternoon, my fiancée and I went for a hike at Peace Valley Park near Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. It was a partly cloudy to mostly sunny day with temperatures in the fifties but the air still felt raw. Here are a few pictures from the day. After the hike, we spent some time in the bird blind located in the nature center area. We saw a large variety of birds but especially took note of a large number of cardinals.

Bergey Mill Park

This afternoon I went hiking at Bergey Mill Park along the East Branch of the Perkiomen Creek in Lower Salford Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. It was sunny and warm and the creek was full from a heavy rainfall during the night and early morning hours. I wore my sandals for the first time this year for the hike.
