I really dislike squirrels but I love that picture of one. I probably shouldn't share why I do but I will...it looks like someone hung him and he's about to be skinned (I think I've been hanging out with southerners too much lately).
Yeah, yeah..God's creatures..blah, blah, blah...but I don't forgive them for stealing the heads off of the sunflowers that I tried to grow many years ago. :-)
Tim, I tagged you again (guess I need to get some more friends). Get the details here: http://loom--wheel.blogspot.com/2007/06/five-things-i-dig-about-jesus.html
AH SO ! Here is this terrible American Grey squirrel ! It seems so cute and yet when it meets our poor ginger European one, it is the winner and our squirrel would disappear !
Beautiful and so colourful bird I believe (I'm not sure) that we don't have such bird in France
What a great name for this park area! It does look so peaceful. That is one of my favorite things about the outdoors. It really is peaceful if you just stop, look and listen to what nature has to say.
Hi murf. Sometimes I think I feel the same way about Canadian Geese. ;) But anyway, you're bad!
Hi, benjie. That's an excellent meme. I put my response on my Fingerprints blog at http://fingerprints10.blogspot.com/2007/06/five-things-i-dig-about-jesus.html
Thanks, jam. I love cardinals, too.
Thanks, photowannabe. Peace Valley Park is indeed a very peaceful place most of the time.
Thanks, cergie. And sorry about our squirrel endangering your squirrel. We want both to survive in their proper geographies.
Thanks, ava. I often find the outdoors to be a place to find peace especially when one is troubled.
Thanks, samrina. I'm glad you enjoyed the pictures.

ReplyDeleteAs usual, they're all beautiful, but that cardinal is an awesome shot.
ReplyDeleteI wish we had cardinals around here. I love their bright coloring. Very peaceful pictures from peace valley.

Thanks, sage. Cardinals are beautiful birds.
I think you could write a nature book for your neck of the woods, Tim. Have you ever thought about that?
ReplyDeleteThanks, ginnie. That could be fun. :)
